This policy explains what we collect when you use our BaZi / Zi Wei reading service, why we need it, and the choices you have. It is a product placeholder: have legal counsel review before public launch in your target markets.
Information we collect
• Contact: email address for report delivery and account notices. • Chart inputs: birth date, time (if known), place, gender, and optional partner data for compatibility sections. • Payment metadata: transaction IDs and status from PayPal or crypto instructions — not full card numbers (handled by payment providers). • Technical logs: IP, user agent, and timestamps for fraud prevention and debugging, retained minimally.
AI processing & subprocessors
We use third-party model APIs to generate and refine text. Prompts may include structured chart outputs and your focus notes. Choose providers and data-processing agreements (DPA) that match your GDPR / APPI requirements. Do not paste secrets into prompts.
Retention & security
We retain order and delivery data as needed to provide the service and meet tax or dispute obligations. Access is role-limited; transmissions should use TLS. Exact retention windows belong in your operational runbook once engineering is final.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us via the channels on the Contact page. We will verify requests within a reasonable timeframe.
