We aim to answer straightforward billing and access tickets within 1–2 business days on email, often faster on Telegram/WhatsApp when staff are online.

Complex disputes, manual payment matching across chains, or legal/data requests may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt and outline next steps.

We do not guarantee 24/7 human coverage; messages sent overnight or on holidays may queue until the next working window.

Service flow

From checkout to your reading

So you know what happens after you pay and when to nudge us.

  1. 1Choose your product (one-time reading or Daily Ask tier), sign in with the email you will use for delivery, and complete checkout—card via Creem is confirmed automatically; PayPal / USDT may need a short operator check.
  2. 2For the full BaZi reading: submit the reading form (birth data, place, timezone, optional partner context). Payment approval must show as approved before the report job can run.
  3. 3Our pipeline charts your pillars, runs structured AI sections, and assembles Markdown + PDF when enabled. Typical turnaround is within the window stated on site or your confirmation email—heavy load may add delay.
  4. 4Daily Ask (Plus / Pro): after the matching tier is approved on your account, open Daily Ask from the nav and follow the session limits for your plan.
  5. 5Need a receipt, a stalled job, or access that does not match your payment? Write to us with your account email and, if you have one, the payment reference from Creem or your transfer hash.

FAQ

Common questions

Which email should I use?
Use the same email for your Future Teller account and for checkout. Mismatched emails are the top reason approvals or entitlements do not line up.
I paid with Creem but still cannot start my report.
Card checkouts usually confirm within seconds via webhook. Wait a minute, refresh your session, then open Reading again. If it persists, send your account email and approximate payment time.
PayPal or USDT says pending—what should I do?
Tap “I have paid” in checkout only after you actually sent funds. An operator must confirm those channels; include your 8-digit reference token if you have one.
Can you rewrite my report for free?
We may correct clear technical errors tied to the same order. Broad rewrites or new questions generally need a new purchase or fall under your Daily Ask limits—see Pricing.
Do you store my birth chart forever?
We retain data as needed to run the service and meet obligations. See Privacy for retention themes; you can request deletion where applicable.
Is this medical or legal advice?
No. Readings are for reflection and entertainment. For health, law, or finance, consult licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.

Billing

Unsubscribe or cancel a recurring plan

If your Daily Ask tier renews through Creem or another provider, you can stop future charges from your billing provider’s emails or by contacting us.

Paid with card through Creem: check the receipt or “manage subscription” link in the email from Creem (or your bank’s card portal). That is the fastest way to turn off auto-renew if your product is set up as a subscription.

If you cannot find that link, or you paid with PayPal / crypto and need access removed on our side, use the button below. Include the email on your Future Teller account and the approximate payment date so we can match your profile.
