Overview

Future Teller (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the BaZi (Four Pillars) reading services described on it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you may have under applicable privacy laws (including, where relevant, the GDPR and UK GDPR). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

• Account & contact: email address for registration, sign-in, report delivery, and billing-related notices. • Chart inputs: birth date, time (if provided), birthplace, IANA timezone, gender, optional focus notes, and optional partner details for compatibility sections. • Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. Creem); we may receive transaction references, status, amount, and timestamps. For manual or crypto flows we may store references you provide for reconciliation. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, approximate timestamps, and similar diagnostics for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

AI processing & subprocessors

We use third-party AI and hosting providers to compute chart structures, generate narrative text, and operate the site. Inputs sent to models may include the structured chart data and the optional notes you provide. We select subprocessors that offer appropriate safeguards; where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms for international processing. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, or government ID in free-text fields.

Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies or local storage where necessary for session sign-in, language preference, and basic analytics or error monitoring. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may limit sign-in or checkout. Any non-essential analytics will be described in our cookie/tooling configuration as we enable them.

Retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with accounting and tax rules, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements—typically for the life of your account plus a limited period thereafter unless a longer period is required by law. We apply access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and least-privilege access for staff and systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will verify your identity before acting on requests. Response times follow applicable law (for example, within one month for many GDPR requests, subject to extensions for complex cases).

Contact & data controller

For any privacy request or question, email us at the customer support address shown in the site footer and on the Service page. You may also use the messengers listed on /service. We will respond using the same channels for follow-up unless you prefer otherwise.
