Terms of Service
Last updated: April 7, 2026
Acceptance
By accessing the site, creating an account, purchasing a reading or subscription product, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional terms presented at checkout (including your payment provider’s terms). If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
Nature of the service
Future Teller provides digitally delivered BaZi-style readings and related content for self-reflection and entertainment. Outputs may be produced or assisted by software and AI. The service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, investment, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make after reading any report. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services—not this site.
Orders, delivery, and refunds
Prices, taxes, and what each purchase includes are shown at checkout before you pay. When your payment is successfully authorized, we will fulfill the described deliverables (for example, one report generation per applicable order) according to the product page and checkout text. Delivery is primarily by email or download through your account. Refunds: if we cannot deliver what you paid for due to our fault, contact support and we will remedy or refund as appropriate. Where digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited as permitted by law—see the notice at checkout when applicable.
Accounts, security, and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least the age required by local law for similar services). You may not share account credentials, sell access, or use another person’s account without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote harm, harassment, or discrimination; (b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass authentication, rate limits, or payment; (c) scrape, spider, or bulk-collect content except as allowed by public search engines’ normal indexing; (d) upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (f) use automated means to access the service in a way that impairs stability or other users’ experience. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
The site design, branding, text, graphics, software, prompts, and compiled reports (except your raw personal facts) are owned by Future Teller or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download your purchased reports for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or create competing datasets from our outputs without written permission.
User rights & consumer protections
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country (including, for consumers in the EEA or UK, rights relating to faulty digital content or services). If you believe a charge is unauthorized or a product was materially misdescribed, contact support with your account email and transaction reference—we will investigate in good faith.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Future Teller and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event, or (b) fifty euros (€50) if no payment applies—except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law & disputes
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind Future Teller, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where EU/UK or similar rules so require. Please try good-faith support resolution before formal disputes.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change and, where changes are material, we will provide notice on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Customer support: use the email address shown in the site footer or the channels listed on /service.
